Shipping policy

Shipping destinations
We currently offer delivery within Sweden and to selected countries outside the European Union. Delivery to addresses in other EU Member States is not currently available directly through our online store.

If you are interested in purchasing an artwork for delivery to another EU country, you are welcome to contact us at celine@ritarkivet.se before placing your order. In some cases, delivery may be possible by individual arrangement.

Free shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders to destinations currently available through our online store.

Shipping carriers 
We primarily ship with PostNord. For larger parcels, we use DHL or FedEx depending on what best suits your order.

Shipping confirmation 
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Within Sweden, delivery normally takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. For deliveries outside Sweden, delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping provider.

Delays 
If a delay occurs without prior notice, please contact us at celine@ritarkivet.se and we will assist you as soon as possible.

Customs and import duties 
For deliveries outside the EU, customs fees, taxes, and other charges may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price.
