Shipping policy

We ship worldwide and offer free shipping on all orders.

Processing time Orders are packed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped no earlier than the following Monday.

Shipping carriers We primarily ship with PostNord. For larger parcels, we use DHL or FedEx depending on what best suits your order.

Shipping confirmation Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times Delivery times vary depending on destination. Within Sweden, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. For international orders, delivery times may vary.

Delays If a delay occurs without prior notice, please contact us at celine@ritarkivet.se and we will assist you as soon as possible.

Customs and import duties For deliveries outside the EU, customs fees, taxes, and other charges may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price.
